Terms & Conditions Introduction These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Organise with Me Kylie Dee (referred to as “the organiser”, “me”, or “my”) to clients (“the client” or “you”). By engaging my services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. S ervices Provided I offer a professional organising service designed to help you declutter, organise and manage your space more efficiently. My services include, but are not limited to: Home Organisation Office Organisation Garage/Shed Organisation Scope of Services All services will be discussed and agreed upon before the commencement of work. I will endeavour to meet the specific needs of the client as outlined in the initial consultation. However, I reserve the right to make adjustments based on time restraints, practicality and feasibility. No Construction or Furniture Assembly I do not provide construction, modification or assembly of furniture or any other items that require building or installation. This includes but is not limited to: Assembling flat pack furniture Installing shelving units Mounting heavy items on walls (eg: TV’s, mirrors etc) Health and Safety I reserve the right to decline or stop work in any environment deemed hazardous or unsafe. It is the responsibility of the client to disclose any known risks, such as the presence of mold, pests or hazardous materials. Confidentiality I respect the client’s privacy and will ensure that all personal information and materials encountered during the organising process remain confidential. Any information shared with me will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit permission. Deposit A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the package price is required to secure the booking of the service/s. The deposit will be applied towards the final invoice once the service/s have been completed Payment Terms The remaining balance is due to be paid in full at the completion of the service/s. Any products that were supplied by me will be added to the final invoice. Payment can be made via PayId, Square (eftpos) or cash. If payment is not made on the day of the service/s, a late fee of 10% will be added to the total fee payable. If payment is not received within 10 days of the completed service/s a debt collector may be engaged to collect outstanding monies owed. Additional admin fee’s will be applied to the balance owing. Cancellations and Rescheduling I understand that plans may change. However, the client must notify me of any cancellations or rescheduling requests at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will forfeit their initial deposit of $100. Liability I will take every care while handling the client’s belongings, but the client understands and agrees that I am not responsible for any accidental damage or loss unless it is due to gross negligence. The client must ensure that any valuable ir fragile items are handled with special care or removed from the working area if necessary. Amendments to Terms I reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes and the latest version will always be made available. PRICING $60 per hour (minimum of 4 hours) I will de-clutter and organise your chosen area/s and implement systems and solutions to storage issues. Re-use/re-purpose any current storage items on hand and label them clearly using standard white labels with black text. Take away 1 carload of items you wish to donate to charity. Give the area a basic clean and vacuum so you are left with a clean, tidy and functional space at the end of the session. Please note that this does not include storage products purchased by me on your behalf. If requested I can add suggested storage items to the Scope of Works Estimate. How it works 01 In Home Consultation After an initial phone conversation I will make a time to come to your home and we will take a look at the space/s that you are wanting to focus on organising. I will ask you lots of questions about your specific needs, your goals, any challenges and what style you are wanting. If you are then happy to proceed to the next stage I will give you an agreement to sign and I ask for a 50% deposit to secure the date and time that suits you (see T's & C's regarding deposits). You will then receive an email from me which will include: Confirmation of Day and Time for the session Service Agreement which will include the details of the selected package, a price estimate and a list of products that will work for your particular project (these are an optional extra and will be added to the final account for payment) 02 During the Session The first part of the session will be to remove everything from the space we are working on and separate each item in to one of 3 categories; Keep, Donate, Throw Away. Once the decluttering is done, we get to the fun stage of creating efficient systems and storage solutions such as baskets, tubs and turntables and then labels that suit the aesthetic of the space. All of this will be done in consultation with you if you prefer or I can go ahead and create what I think will work for you. I'Il work my hardest to get the work completed in the allocated time however I can not guarantee this as I may come across challenges or obstacles that were not expected or seen at our initial consultation. If I am getting close to the end of the allocated time, I will confirm with you if you would like me to continue until the job is complete and add the total to the final invoice (charged at $80 per hour, GST included) 03 After the Session At the end of the session your selected space/s will be left in a state of order and functionality, with everything in its designated place. I will take the time to walk you through the newly organised area and explain the systems that have been put in place. I will offer tips for maintaining the order over time as well. Once we've successfully organised this space, you may find that other areas of your home could benefit from the same transformation. Many of my clients discover that once one room is decluttered and streamlined, they feel inspired to bring that same sense of order and calm to other parts of their home. Whether it’s a kitchen pantry, garage or office space, having an organised environment can really improve day-to-day life.
