Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Organise with Me Kylie Dee (referred to as “the organiser”, “me”, or “my”) to clients (“the client” or “you”).  By engaging my services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services Provided

I offer a professional organising service designed to help you declutter, organise and manage your space more efficiently.  My services include, but are not limited to:

  • Home Organisation

  • Office Organisation

  • Garage/Shed Organisation

Scope of Services

All services will be discussed and agreed upon before the commencement of work.  I will endeavour to meet the specific needs of the client as outlined in the initial consultation.  However, I reserve the right to make adjustments based on time restraints, practicality and feasibility.

 

No Construction or Furniture Assembly

I do not provide construction, modification or assembly of furniture or any other items that require building or installation.  This includes but is not limited to:

  • Assembling flat pack furniture

  • Installing shelving units

  • Mounting heavy items on walls (eg: TV’s, mirrors etc)

 

Health and Safety

I reserve the right to decline or stop work in any environment deemed hazardous or unsafe.  It is the responsibility of the client to disclose any known risks, such as the presence of mold, pests or hazardous materials.

 

Confidentiality

I respect the client’s privacy and will ensure that all personal information and materials encountered during the organising process remain confidential.  Any information shared with me will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit permission.

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the package price is required to secure the booking of the service/s.  The deposit will be applied towards the final invoice once the service/s have been completed

 

Payment Terms

  • The remaining balance is due to be paid in full at the completion of the service/s.

  • Any products that were supplied by me will be added to the final invoice.

  • Payment can be made via PayId, Square (eftpos) or cash.

  • If payment is not made on the day of the service/s, a late fee of 10% will be added to the total fee payable.

  • If payment is not received within 10 days of the completed service/s a debt collector may be engaged to collect outstanding monies owed.  Additional admin fee’s will be applied to the balance owing.

 

Cancellations and Rescheduling

I understand that plans may change.  However, the client must notify me of any cancellations or rescheduling requests at least 24 hours in advance.  Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will forfeit their initial deposit of $100.

 

Liability

I will take every care while handling the client’s belongings, but the client understands and agrees that I am not responsible for any accidental damage or loss unless it is due to gross negligence.  The client must ensure that any valuable ir fragile items are handled with special care or removed from the working area if necessary.

 

Amendments to Terms

I reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.  Clients will be notified of any changes and the latest version will always be made available.

Agreement

By booking and engaging in my services, the client agrees to the above Terms and Conditions.
